Nice original piece of British Engineering History. This Parsons sign is made of chromed brass. It was removed from a piece of heavy engineering plant.

Please notice the chrome finish which is in great condition. The raised lettering and outer edge is smooth while the background is a textured finish which gives contrast. Some paint specks remain around the outer edge – see photos.
As you can see there are four holes in each corner which can be used to fix this plate into place.
