Arts and Crafts F C Osler Nickel Plated Chandelier
A delicate Nickel Plated pendant light fitted with a pale green vaseline glass shade.
The nickel plating on the decorative sections contrasts nicely with the dark aged brass crown.
The central double ring is decorated with four ornate decorative pieces from which the vaseline glass shades are suspended. Each bulb holder has a nickel plated bud above.
Please note that at the time of listing, we have another Osler single shade pendant light fitting in a very similar style.
The frame of this chandelier dates back to the early 20th century and bears the Osler stamp. The glass shades are new and have been made by an English Artisan glass blower who uses traditional methods to produce the vaseline glass shades made during the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau period.
Size – Overall Height 61cm. Width of frame 29. Width including the glass shades 36cm. Diameter of shade 13cm.
Wired with approx. 1 metre of grey 3 core braided flex. Fully rewired with new bayonet fitting (size B22). PAT tested prior to dispatch.
