Commemorative Lead Figures from Coronation of King George VI

Dating back to 1937, this pair of lead figures would have been produced to commemorate the Coronation and Queen Elizabeth.

Each figure is beautifully hand painted in ceremonial robes.

The box belonged to the figure of King George the box for Queen Elizabeth is missing.

Unfortunately, there is some cracking to the back of both figures.  See photos for more detail of damage.
