Pair of early 20th century chromed articulated railway candlesticks.
Unusual and quite rare items. These well-engineered early 20th century candlesticks are made by TBLW and were originally made for use in railway carriages. The bottom of the candlesticks featured a rubber sucker to keep them from sliding. The angle of the candle could be adjusted via the articulated top section.
Features a long tube inside which the candle would have been placed and could be wall mounted. See photos to view the TBLW inscription.
Size of larger angled example – 15cm at highest point, base 5cm.
Price is for the pair.
