Salvaged Factory Sign – South Wales Switchgear –  SWS

Small sign made from aluminium.  The raised lettering is painted red against the grey background.  Original and untouched.

There are two holes drilled in the bottom two corners.

South Wales Switchgear was formed in 1941 and manufactured electrical switchgear in Treforest, South Wales.  In 1991 they merged with Brush Switchgear to form Hawker Siddeley Switchgear
