‘Thompson’ Art Deco era School House Opaline Pendant Light
This school house pendant light dates back to the Art Deco era and is quite an unusual shape.
Perfectly matched with a tall oxidised copper gallery.
White glass lighting from the early 20th century never dates and looks equally stylish in a period home or a modern setting.
Opaline white glass became very popular in the early 20th century and were produced in many different shapes and styles. Geometric designs and simple shapes were typical of the Art Deco period.
We have individually christened our lights to help identify all the lights in our huge range of white glass lighting. This particular light has been named ‘THOMPSON’
Wired with 1 metre of dark brown fabric twisted cable. Other colours are available at no extra charge.
Suspension chain and hooked ceiling plate supplied.
