Tripod Restoration – Not War of the Worlds…
A while back we were lucky to be offered a batch of what are mainly WWII wooden tripods. All in good condition but needing a good clean and a coat of wax. Here are four I tackled today. They have cleaned up nicely and we are have bought some nice drum shaped shades to turn these into tripod-based standard lamps once they are wired up and electrically tested.
